 Make and Play was created by me Maggie McManus, I provide tailored creative workshops for all ages around the north west, working both individually and contracted by leading community arts organisations.
Take a look in the workshops folder for example event photos. I love coming up with new ideas for workshops and can accommodate any requests or themes.
I create workshops for community events, established social groups, youth clubs, schools, parties and sheltered housing.
The sessions aim to increase social interaction with groups that may have become isolated, provide exciting and engaging workshops for children and allow individual expression and self motivated work.
I love working with Recycled Junk but also specialise in more traditional mediums such as modroc, textiles, wire, willow withies, corrugated cardboard and of course, paint and charcoal.
